- Customers can cancel the reservation 24 hours prior to the booking.
- We need to receive the cancellation in the form of an email so that cancellation can be processed.
- If there is a no show then the reservation will be cancelled without any refund for which our company is not responsible.
- Please inform us in case there is a delay so that we can amend the reservation.
- Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
- Reservations can be amended online free of charge before the start of the rental. Where these changes affect the rental price such as duration, car rental location or car type the difference will be calculated from the current published price of the new rental.
- We cannot refund any unused days or part days if the vehicle is returned early on any rental.
- To request a refund, simply contact us and include your booking reference number.
